2009 International Conference on CYBERWORLDS
7-11 September 2009
University of Bradford, UK
Technically co-sponsored by IEEE CS and organised in-cooperation with ACM
and Eurographics
-
Authors of accepted papers should submit their revised paper
by 30th June 2009 at the latest. If you do not submit your revised paper by
30th June 2009 then the paper will be deemed to have been withdrawn from the
Conference and it will not appear in the Conference Proceedings.
-
Camera ready papers should be submitted directly to IEEE
through the
online author kit. You need to check that the pdf you
submit is IEEE eXplore compliant. You can do this via the IEEE link. If the
pdf is not compliant, IEEE will not accept the paper for publication.
Authors also need to submit a signed copyright when they submit their camera
ready version.
-
All authors of accepted papers are required to present their
papers at Cyberworlds 2009 as a condition of acceptance. Therefore at least
one author of each accepted paper must register for the Conference by 30th
June 2009. If registration and payment is not received by 30th June 2009 the
paper will not appear in the Conference proceedings.
-
All authors of accepted papers are responsible for their own
travel, hotel, and subsistence arrangements to attend the Conference. Hotel
information is given here
-
If you are a presenter from a country that requires a visa to
enter the UK and you need a letter of invitation from the Conference to
obtain the visa, please submit your request to
