We can accept payment for the CGI2002 conference in the following ways:

  1. Complete the details on the on-line booking form and press the Submit details button (PC only). This will reserve a place for you at the conference. If you are paying by cheque please send your cheque to the address on the booking form. If paying by credit card, please telephone the number at the foot of the booking form with your card details.

  2. Complete the details on the on-line booking form and press the print button on your browser. Sign and date the form and return it by post with your payment to the address at the bottom of the form.

  3. Complete a text version of the booking form - and return it to us either as an e-mail attachment or by post.
    Please note - we do not recommend that you return the form as an e-mail attachment if you have included your credit card details
    .

Please note that all delegates are responsible for reserving, and paying for, their own hotel accommodation - see detailed information on the Web page "Venue and Hotels".

The Course Registration Fee includes tuition, refreshments, buffet lunch (for a full day Course), and associated handouts and materials. A half-day Course does not include lunch. You need to specify which Course(s) you wish to register for.

The Conference Registration Fee includes attendance at all sessions, a copy of the printed Conference Proceedings, coffees and teas at refreshment breaks, and the Reception and event on Thursday 4 July. It does not include lunches or overnight accommodation.

An Early Bird Registration Rate is available for all bookings received by 1 June 2002.

Registration Rates are as follows:

Society Member rate includes members of CGS, BCS, Eurographics or ACM. Full time members of Higher Education Institutions can also claim this rate.

Please supply Society and Membership No, or University, if claiming the lower rate.
